Refund Policy

For Websites:

Our refund policy for our website design services at Coleman Web Designs Agency is simple and easy. Within the first 14 days after the contract has been signed by client, if you are unsatisfied with our services for any reason, or feel like now is not the time for you to start your online business, will refund you in full, no questions asked.

For Logos:

If you wish to cancel an order that involves logo design, please notify us within 72 hours of your payment and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

 *Please note that there is a 3% processing fee on each refund.

If you are unhappy with our services, and it is past the allotted time frame for a refund, please contact us at alec@colemanwebdesign.com or give us a call at (781) 429-7693, and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem with you right there over the phone.
