Water treatment is a high-trust purchase — homeowners want to know the equipment actually works, and pros want catalog depth without the fluff. The Untapped Source needed a storefront that could do both: reassure a first-time PFAS-concerned buyer and move serious contractor volume.
We led with a calm, water-blue hero, a clean featured-products shelf, and a shop-by-category grid tuned to how people actually search — app-controlled systems, drinking water, filters, and replacement cartridges — with the founder's credentials surfaced throughout.
The challenge
Sell technical filtration systems to two very different audiences — anxious homeowners and trade professionals — from a single storefront, without watering either experience down.
