Haircuts, Ltd. has been the neighborhood hair experts for more than three decades. The site had to feel as welcoming as walking into the shop — friendly, unpretentious, and unmistakably local — while making it effortless to book at any of the three locations.
We led with a video-forward hero, a persistent Book Now button wired to BookedBy, and a clean location switcher with tap-to-call numbers for Natick, Newton, and Wellesley. Services for the whole family, gift cards, and a stylist directory each got room to breathe.
