- Nonprofit workflow
The nonprofit's biggest fundraising day of the year — a golf tournament paired with a Match Gala — was being coordinated across spreadsheets, group texts, and printed sheets. Volunteers spent more time chasing information than running the event.
We designed and built a custom hub around the way the day actually runs: schedule tee times, assign teams and foursomes, manage players, and keep the tournament and gala aligned in a single interface. The result is an event day that runs itself.
The challenge
Run a full-day tournament and evening gala without spreadsheets, missed tee times, or volunteer burnout — and make it easy enough that anyone on the board can operate it.
Our approach
A purpose-built web app with clear views for tee times, teams, and players — designed around the exact workflow the organizers already used, just faster and without the paper.
What we built the tool around
Tee times, sorted
A clear scheduling interface so organizers can build the day at a glance and players know exactly when to show up.
Teams & foursomes
Assign players to teams and foursomes in seconds — no more spreadsheets, sticky notes, or last-minute reshuffles.
Gala + tournament in one
One tool to run the golf tournament and the Match Gala side-by-side, from sign-ups to event day.
Built for volunteers
Simple enough that any board member or volunteer can pick it up and run the event without training.
