Aspen Equity Construction has been building at Eagle Point since 2010 — a general contractor with more than twenty years of industry experience and unmatched local knowledge of the Tushar Mountains. Their work spans custom residential design + build, commercial contracting, and the site work that shapes a mountain property from raw land into a livable home.
The site needed to do two things at once: sell the craft of building in the mountains, and reassure prospective owners that this is the team that actually knows the terrain. We led with drone imagery of the resort, oversized display type, and a deep navy palette that reads calm and capable rather than rustic.
The challenge
Position a full-service general contractor as the definitive builder at Eagle Point Resort without leaning on generic construction-industry visuals. The site needed to speak to second-home buyers, commercial developers, and resort partners in the same visit.

We built the experience around the landscape itself — a full-bleed aerial hero, confident typography, and a clear services taxonomy that separates residential, commercial, and site work. A curated gallery of Canyonside, Studio Cabins, Evergreen, and Polestar projects anchors the portfolio and gives prospective clients tangible proof of the work.
